Training and Facilitation

Training

To engage your teams in the work that they do and transform their experience, it may be necessary to expand your team’s skills set through pointed training. Don’t know where to start? We’ve got you covered.
Whether you are looking for small group workshops or need an expert facilitator for retreats or roundtables, we are here to help. Although we outlined some of our most popular workshops, we can also create custom workshops, or be available to facilitate on topics that meet your needs.
This is our hallmark training seminar. In this seminar, we will walk you and your managers through what it takes to create employees who are positively fanatical about your brand. We will arm your leaders with practical lessons on creating a service culture through leadership fundamentals. This will include role playing the types of meaningful conversations necessary to create bonds between manager and employee and skyrocket engagement!
Empathy goes a very long way in building relationships with employees.. However, we have found that empathy is the one skill that many people either lack altogether or are unaware of how to unleash it to build bridges. Let us teach your teams how to develop this skill in a fun and engaging workshop or training session.
This hands-on and fully interactive workshop is meant to train your team to think like an employee at every turn. The best way to create loyal employees is to listen to them, involve them in the change they are requesting and then actually take action. Employee Journey Mapping is a tool to better understand your employee’s journey with your brand. Attendees will walk away knowing how to develop journey maps for their departments and the organization as a whole.

Jim Collins-“If I were running a company today, I would have one priority above all others: to acquire as many of the best people as I could. I would put off everything else to fill my bus. Because things are going to come back. My flywheel is going to start to turn. And the single biggest constraint on the success of my organization is the ability to get and to hang on to enough of the right people.”
