DISC is a communication style assessment that helps employees understand their communication preferences and the preferences of co-workers. Oftentimes, communication breakdowns create conflict and breakdown a positive culture. The DISC assessment, complete with a 45-page personalized report, helps everyone move forward on the communication train. This can be a 2-hour, 4-hour, or full day training for employees at all levels of the organization. Before conducting this training the facilitator holds a 30-minute coaching session with the employee to go over their full assessment report findings. This way, they are prepared to work with a larger group in the training. Attendees will walk away feeling enlightened about themselves and their co-workers and becoming more effective communicators.
