Empathy goes a very long way in building relationships with employees. However, we have found that empathy is the one skill that many people either lack altogether or are unaware of how to unleash it to build bridges.

Let us teach your teams how to develop this skill in a fun and engaging workshop or training session.

DISC is a communication style assessment that helps employees understand their communication preferences and the preferences of co-workers.

Oftentimes, communication breakdowns create conflict and breakdown a positive culture. The DISC assessment, complete with a 45-page personalized report, helps everyone move forward on the communication train.

This can be a 2-hour, 4-hour, or full day training for employees at all levels of the organization. Before conducting this training the facilitator holds a 30-minute coaching session with the employee to go over their full assessment report findings. This way, they are prepared to work with a larger group in the training.
